At Collina Strada, we want you to love your expression of style, but if an item isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition pieces and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the provided packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
